Many people believe that Leaders are incredibly charasmatic and that they must generate the enthusiasm of everyone. You know be the "cheerleader" While a great personality helps, it is more important to be able to size up others abilities.In reality, my friends, if you don't have the ability to make other people want to contribute- you won't be able to pull together resources or people to "make it happen"!
