Are You a Cow or a Rhino?

I've been studying some successful giants in the direct sales industry and found out that there are really only two kinds of people Cows and Rhinos- and two types of each.
Happy Rhinos have visions for success and their future and want to bring others along for the ride- we will get to them in a moment.
I want to first talk about Sad Rhinos because this used to be me- - They are usually very successful, but they are workaholics and therefore, miserable and tend to make everyone around them miserable. They yell a lot, are stressed and they the world will end if they don't succeed and when they don't succeed, they blame others for not succeeding. They also tend to die younger from the enormous amount of pressure they place on themselves and have stress-related health issues. If you are a sad Rhino- there is loads of good news- read on but first let's discuss the Happy Rhino- just as driven as they sad Rhino, but they enjoy every moment of life. They know that success is within reach and they LOVE THE HUNT! They will always succeed because they enjoy the hunt- it isn't even about the MONEY- It is about results and empowerment. They enjoy helping others succeed as well and give others more than their fair share of chances. So Sad Rhinos if you want to be a Happy Rhino-SURROUND YOURSELF with other happy successful Rhinos. A Happy Rhino LEADS BY EXAMPLE and if they fall, they get right back up because they have thick skin and never loose sight of their purpose, visions and goals. If you want to be happy in the direct sales Home Business- do what other Happy Rhinos do.
Now for the Happy Cows- There is nothing wrong with a happy cow- Not everyone wants to be a Rhino. Happy Cows won't work for sad Rhinos for too long because they want a little less than the Sad Rhinos and want to enjoy life more.
And Sad Cows- well- You sit around chewing your cud. Not a day goes by where you aren't complaining and whining about something. You call Happy Rhinos and Sad Rhinos for that matter- LUCKY! You then go right back to grazing and doing nothing to CHANGE YOUR LIFE. Well- my advise to you is to stop blaming others for your own CHOICES- yes YOU. Start looking at yourself and listing all of the times you complain and turn it around with a positive. Like oh I am so tired CHANGE TO- Oh I am so lucky to wake up in a bed!
I hope this opens a whole new discussion and allows you to see the POSSIBILITIES rather than the PROBABILITIES in YOUR Life!

Be A Knowledge Seeker

Entrepreneurs are knowledge seekers. We are constantly on the lookout for innovative ways to improve our business. We attend workshops, meet with peers, obtain feedback and devour articles and books to discover more ways to be productive.
The reality is nothing will move forward unless you focus on progress, what's going right and have a championship mindset.
Make Hindsight Work for You!
Allow hindsight to guide your actions. Keep a notepad and pen by your nightstand to record your ideas and lessons as they come to you in the night.
Your thoughts written down, will work into your subconscious and actively replays these events.
Trust your Sixth Sense
As you put time and energy, you will develop a natural instinct- a sixth sense that will soon make you an expert in your field. Fine tuning those instincts will show you how random events will come together within your business environment. Don;t ignore it. Stop and take a few moments to evaluate the information and explore how it may affect or possibly even resolve your present challenges.
Let Yourself Make Mistakes
Have some grace when you mess up - and when others in your organization mess up. Hindsight and personal lessons develop from trial and error, making mistakes is a natural part of this process. Open your mind to new strategies and recognize that errors may occur. Be truthful even if it hurts. Document and pay attention to your lessons let them help you move forward and know that you have the ability to attain any goal.
