From My soul to your Eyes...
Consider the situation temporary. I seem to often revert to childhood experiences and learn from them. When I learned to ride a bike and I fell, I just got up without thinking about it and rode again and fell and rode etc. I knew the falls were temporary because I believed that I could ride. I knew that at that moment I had a problem, but the key is "right now"- is just a moment in time that soon will be gone forever. IT is just a beginning point for my journey that will lead to a solution to the problem. What matters most is where I end up - and I believe it will be somewhere better than when I began!
Don't Face the Situation Alone
It is always wise to share our situations with others. There will always be someone willing to assist you in solution finding and will not listen to whining. Ask them to hold you accountable once you have arrived at a solution.
Find Strength in Challenges
We cannot always completely control the events in our lives, but we can control how we respond to them.
Smile
Smiling releases endorphins (hormones that trigger feelings of happiness)so don't wait until you are happy to smile- smile to make yourself happy! Ridiculous you say? Just try looking at a photo of yourself with people you love having a great time and not smile- it is almost impossible.
Be open to Change
We change- people change- the world changes- accept it. It is inevitable. The only way to remain positive and happy is to embrace change and take pleasure in the surprises that come your way! Changes we fear often make our lives a whole lot better.
BE the Change you want to see and see what happens in your world!
To Today!

Ten Ways to Stop Procrastination
Here are some ways to stop the BEAST!
Step 1: Redefine and refocus on your values and most important goals. Are your goals meaningful to you?
Step 2: Prioritize and write down the actions you must take to get your tasks and projects done.
Step 3: Identify and rid yourself of pointless busywork to clear hours from your schedule each week.
Step 4: Set a starting time and date and a completion time and date for each important task or project. Time management is most important and not to be confused with laziness. Write this information down on the same sheet of paper you wrote your Plan of Action on. This is now also your Personal Action Sheet, and you are to work through your projects until completion.
Step 5: When the start day and time comes — START! Plan projects in phases; however, when it’s time to work, work. Do not blow any phase or part of your Plan of Action off until tomorrow. Stay motivated- little steps of praising the process always works.
Step 6: Stay true and committed to the activities that will get you the results you want.Eliminate the distractions that will pull you off of your path towards completion. Your ultimate goal is completion and the enjoyment of stepping up to your Personal Action Sheet and “FINALLY” scratching or checking off your completed task or project with the words VICTORY-Find an accountability partner. Someone who will help hold you accountable to your goals.
Step 7: Reward yourself. You should always stop and personally reward yourself in the end. You’ve worked for it and you’re earned it. So, create a list of five to ten ways you would reward yourself for finishing each portion of the project.Choose one or two personal rewards, depending on the importance and size of the task, after completion.
Step 8: Journal. Take five to fifteen minutes to journal about your experiences with working this particular project through to completion. What went smoothly? What were your challenges? Who helped you? What resources did you call upon or learn about? Did you start on time? Did you finish on time? Where, if at all, did you find yourself procrastinating? If you did this project again, what things would you do differently?
Step 9: Move onto your next task or project. No stops in between- just rewards.
I now personally plan Five(5)MAJOR things that I want to accomplish each year — and they are non-negotiable.I often accomplish alot more small or medium sized tasks each year; however, my FIVE MAJOR and IMPORTANT things are a must.
10.Decide to accept the tremendous opportunity that is already available to you. STOP the excuses, and make this the moment THE moment you break free into real, effective, purposeful, and meaningful action. You will eliminate anxiety slowly and will be on your way to overcoming procrastination forever.

Happiness and Success- What's it all about?
Have you thought about what truly makes you HAPPY?
I find that as I go through Beyond Freedom, and become stronger in my faith, I can find happiness and gratitude in almost everything- or at least peace and grace. My family, my church family, friends, near and far, waking up knowing that I am successful. After all, success is the realization that I have something to contribute, working on the progress daily, and praising the process The flower that tries to peek out because spring is coming, the deer in our yard,
I recently attended the memorial service at my church for one of the victims of the flight 3407 crash, which took place about 2.5 miles from my home. I realize that this tragedy has brought so many people together in our community and I am so happy that I can be a part of lifting them up and giving them strength. I am able to do this because of my Liberty League business www.libertyleague.com/visionsforsuccess and the time it affords me to give of myself. Liberty League makes me Happy!

13 Reasons to Consider Direct Sales
I am often asked WHY would anyone want to be in a Home Based Direct Sales Business in this economy. I think David Bach, in his book, "Start Late Finish Rich" best describes the reasons. I have paraphrased them for you here.http://www.amazon.com/Start-Late-Finish-Rich-Achieving/dp/0767919475/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1234883944&sr=1-1
1. The Moment you join- you are in business and can make money
2. You don;t have to re-invent the wheel- everything is in place for you to be successful
3. You don't have to do it all by yourself
4. You will be forced to "stretch" yourself and think like the multiple 6 and 7 figure income earners
5. You will find mentors and experts to help you
6. There is passive and residual income in many cases
7. You will find a new circle of friends who will help you grow and be a stand for you
8. You never have to retire
9. You will get to help others
10. You can make your own hours
11. There are tax incentives that are not relevant to traditional business
12. It is less expensive to start and maintain than traditional businesses
13. It can be a family business with a spouse or adult children- you can leave a legacy!
So if that's not enough- I will add my two cents- you VERY OFTEN EARN MORE THAN IN A JOB OR TRADITIONAL BRICK AND AR BUSINESS.
It IS WORK and there are investment and costs to maintain your business, but at a fraction of the price you pay for your time and costs of other businesses!
Take a look! It could be for YOU! After all- What will be different tomorrow? You can get started in a direct sale company very often for less than your monthly car payment!
Til next time!
Have an incredible day!

Work With Those Who Deserve
Work with those who DESERVE...NOT those who NEED- I often heard this when I started my business and said "of course- everyone deserves a chance to make a better life for themselves" TRUE ... BUT The second part is It doesn't say - if you NEED a harvest, you'll have a garden, it says if you PLANT a harvest, you will have a garden.
Teach those who deserve your time- it is a give and take in life- so say- you do this... and I will do that-
That's it for now- now go plant and reap the rewards

What is Success?
Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal- it can be seen in a teacher, attorney,a Mom or Dad, an inventor, a doctor or a child. It is how you perceive yourself on your journey!

Are You Connected?
A person living in a state of gratitude, connectivity and intention doesn't look any different than most people with the exception of a bigger smile than most. They don't have a "Coat of Many Colors" or a magic gennie. They might be "famous" or "successful" to many, but they create that themselves. They/I make myself AVAILABLE for SUCCESS- they/I SAY "I CAN" rather than "It's just my luck that____will happen". I don't think about what cannot happen, but what I KNOW CAN HAPPEN regardless of what has occurred in the past. All of my thoughts, prayers, dreams and speech revolves around what I WANT, MY DESIRES because I know that if I give thought to what isn't working out, I will get more of it!
To most people who live in fear of the future, this all sounds like "stupid talk", but to the individuals who know me, they say "Go for it" because they have seen what I have created in my life through BELIEF and ACTIONS! I watch for "gifts" being sent to me in the way of the "perfect" person to meet at the moment to assist me with the situation I am facing, or when the person who I've been thinking of calls - I am not surprised.
I live with thoughts and ACTIONS of MY intentions. I am connected to everything and everyone for a reason. It just doesn't matter if I know what that reason is right now. I TRUST AND BELIEVE that my heart's desires will be met with joy! People who are connected live in peace and feel good regardless of what is going on around them.
Connected people are generous because we choose to be providers and in service to those we meet with our talents and our resources.
Until next time-
I am Living today to the fullest and wish you to do the same. For today is a GIFT- that is why we call it THE PRESENT!
