Be A Knowledge Seeker

Entrepreneurs are knowledge seekers. We are constantly on the lookout for innovative ways to improve our business. We attend workshops, meet with peers, obtain feedback and devour articles and books to discover more ways to be productive.
The reality is nothing will move forward unless you focus on progress, what's going right and have a championship mindset.
Make Hindsight Work for You!
Allow hindsight to guide your actions. Keep a notepad and pen by your nightstand to record your ideas and lessons as they come to you in the night.
Your thoughts written down, will work into your subconscious and actively replays these events.
Trust your Sixth Sense
As you put time and energy, you will develop a natural instinct- a sixth sense that will soon make you an expert in your field. Fine tuning those instincts will show you how random events will come together within your business environment. Don;t ignore it. Stop and take a few moments to evaluate the information and explore how it may affect or possibly even resolve your present challenges.
Let Yourself Make Mistakes
Have some grace when you mess up - and when others in your organization mess up. Hindsight and personal lessons develop from trial and error, making mistakes is a natural part of this process. Open your mind to new strategies and recognize that errors may occur. Be truthful even if it hurts. Document and pay attention to your lessons let them help you move forward and know that you have the ability to attain any goal.
